What products does TorYıldız offer?
TorYıldız offers an exclusive selection of streetwear products: T-shirts, hoodies, children's clothing and mugs – modern, high-quality and sustainably produced.
How are the products manufactured?
Our products are produced print-on-demand through a certified partner. This means your item is only individually manufactured after you place your order – sustainably and without overproduction.
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free for orders over €60 throughout Europe. There are no additional charges for packaging or delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Germany: 2–4 business days. Europe-wide: 5–8 business days. We ship exclusively within Europe.
Which payment methods are accepted?
You can pay conveniently and securely with: credit card and PayPal.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Since our products are individually produced to order, returns or exchanges are not possible – except in the case of defective items or faulty printing. In these cases, you can submit a complaint within 14 days.
What happens if my item arrives damaged?
Should your item arrive damaged or with incorrect printing, please contact us within 14 days at info@toryildiz.com – we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Do you also deliver outside of Europe?
Unfortunately not at the moment. We only deliver within Europe.
Will I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, you will automatically receive an order confirmation and a digital invoice via email.
How do I find the right size?
You'll find a size guide for each product on its respective product page. This way you can be sure that your T-shirt or hoodie fits perfectly.
